Gugin Gudduba LALC Feasibility Study

Determining the viability of establishing a Bush Tucker enterprise

Gugin Gudduba LALC Feasibility Study

The aim of this project is to undertake a feasibility study for Gugin Gudduba Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC), Kyogle NSW, to determine the viability of establishing a Bush Tucker enterprise and assisting it to become a leading provider of native bush products for wholesale and retail purposes.

The feasibility study will endeavour to focus on the cultivation of native bush plants utilising land that the Land Council owns, and to investigate potential retail and wholesale opportunities for local native bush plants and products to existing consumer brands. The feasibility study of the enterprise will also investigate the viability of a brokerage model, whereby the business brokers the wholesale of its own products and also the products of other local suppliers.
