Grant McDonagh

Grant brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience following a decorated career with both TAFE and the Australian Defense Force. As Head of School for Sunshine Coast TAFE, Grant was responsible for the management of faculty staff and programs, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of the corporate identity and direction of the institute.

Previously, Grant was the Training Manager for the Defense Force School of Signals, where he was responsible for the delivery of Electronic Warfare training for up to 500 trainees.
As the Manager of Training Services with Look Now Training, Grant is forging new paths in the training sector and leading the dedicated training team to new heights.

Grant cites working as part of the International Force in East Timor as an influential experience in his career, embedding an ability to calmly approach stressful situations and prioritise tasks. He also loves being part of a team of dedicated professionals at Look Now Training, committed to making a difference in individuals lives, and to the community.
