JPC Team Multi-Award Winners

Imagine being awarded for something that you are passionate about, something you do each day, something that is rewarding and something you truly believe in!

At JPC our businesses, each with these philosophies, have been awarded for exactly that.  Focus, Passion, Experience, Communication, Flexibility – these are all key words that we base our work on every day.  The John Pearson Group is a leading provider of training, employment and community programs throughout Australia,  based on the Sunshine Coast Queensland, made up of the following key businesses:-

  • Look Now Training
  • Indigenous Workstars
  • Five Bridges

These businesses are the result of evolutionary collaboration, common goals and a shared passion for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.  The standards we set at The JPC Group are high, we believe in what we do and we are proud to have been rewarded for these attributes.

One of our key focuses at JPC is specialising in services and programs tailored specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. At JPC we are proud to consistently deliver successful services which utilise the wisdom and knowledge of Elders and harness the strength and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture to achieve outstanding results. Collectively we are determined to assist our nation's first people, wherever they live, to realise their full potential and work together to achieve their dreams.

The ultimate outcome for the JPC Group is for us to improve opportunities for Indigenous Individuals and communities throughout the country through training, employment, the facilitation of a range of other community focused services.

In the last three years we are proud to have been awarded for the work we do and continue to do in the training sector.

Our most recent award was won in April 2015 and particularly awards the group for our work in the Indigenous sector.  Being named winners of the Indigenous Business Category at the Small Business Champions Awards was a very significant moment for our team at JPC.  The award aims to celebrate outstanding businesses operated by, or servicing Aboriginal people within Australia.  Businesses must either be owned by Aboriginal people, or must provide products and services for the benefit of Aboriginal.  To win this award we were assessed on the initiatives the business undertakes for the benefit of the Australian Indigenous people, as well as the results that have been created that have benefited the Australian Indigenous people.

As a team all members of the JPC group have worked tirelessly in an area we strongly believe in.  We are so proud to have been acknowledged by receiving these awards, but most of all we are proud of the achievements of the participants of our programs, who constantly strive to do the best they can with some amazing results.
